Small Batch Vanilla Cupcakes

This recipe is perfect for those days when you’re in the mood to bake but an entire cake/24 cupcakes/a dozen cookies seems excessive. This super easy recipe makes just 6 delicious vanilla cupcakes…the perfect amount if you’re living alone or baking for two.

  9. Place on cooling rack before frosting.

Small Batch Vanilla Buttercream Frosting Recipe

  1. Cream butter on medium to high speed for around 3 minutes.
  2. Add icing sugar in small additions, blending after each.
